Terrance “TJ” O’Reilly is Chief Executive Officer of Seven Hills Hospital, a 134-bed, inpatient psychiatric hospital with connecting care outpatient programs treating the mental health and chemical dependency needs of children, adolescents, adults, seniors, military and veteran populations. As CEO, O’Reilly leads the organization’s efforts to be a community partner, providing quality patient-centered care and improving the well being of each client served. In addition to his role as CEO, he brings with him a Trauma Informed Care program that is the group curriculum for the BHAs, Nurses and Social Workers. Previously, he served in executive leadership roles at South Sounds Behavioral Hospital, Dallas Behavioral Healthcare Hospital, Haven Behavioral Hospital of Frisco and multiple Universal Health Services “UHS” residential treatment centers. During which time, O’Reilly focused on improving patient satisfaction, implementing programming, and improving quality compliance. O’Reilly obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Montana. He became licensed as a registered nurse in 2011, and went on to complete his Master’s in Business Administration from Franklin University.
