We treat acute psychiatric conditions and offer medically supervised detox and rehabilitation from prolonged substance abuse. Seven Hills Hospital employs the 12-step treatment program among other treatment models to help our patients recover from alcoholism and/or drug abuse.
Treatment for Mental Health and Substance Use
State-of-the-art mental health and substance abuse treatment facility
We are accredited by the Joint Commission and use the latest research based advances in psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment options. Our patients recover at our new, state-of-the art medical facility in the Seven Hills area of Henderson, Nevada.
Psychotherapy and medication management are combined with group and family therapy in this intensive treatment setting. Under the medical direction of a psychiatrist, each patient receives an individualized treatment plan which is implemented by our multi-disciplinary team of professionals.
At Seven Hills we recognize that family involvement is essential to recovery. Through the use of individual family sessions and involvement in groups, the family is educated on conflict resolution, effective communications, and parenting skills.
Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health Star Rating
Senate Bill 482
In 2017, the Nevada Assembly and Senate passed amendments to SB 482 requiring facilities to post the “star rating” assigned on the hospital’s website. These amendments were signed into law by Governor Brian Sandoval on June 13, 2017. In compliance with the law and community transparency in mind, Seven Hills Hospital has received a “4” Star Rating related to staffing.
The Star Rating is based on compliance with Nevada Revised Statutes 449.241 to 449.2428. These statutes discuss state staffing requirements. The Division of Public and Behavioral Health routinely monitors facilities for their compliance with these standards.
