Louie Tandiono-Cellona

Louie is a United States Army Veteran and a devoted leader and marketing professional with over eight years of healthcare experience in management, marketing, and business development. He has a participative leadership style with combined transactional and transformational qualities. His leadership approach is to build high-performance teams that are highly-focused on setting and achieving goals that produce superior results. He has worked with both B2B and B2C clientele in the Southern Nevada market and is currently with Seven Hills Hospital as their Director of Business Development & Mobile Assessment Team.

Louie earned his B.S. in Business Marketing from the University of Phoenix and his MBA from Capella University. He is Google and Adobe Analytics certified from Google Partners, and certified as an anger management facilitator from Anderson & Anderson Psychological Services based in Long Beach, CA.

Louie is currently a member of the Nevada State Board of Directors for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and also the Southern Nevada Board Representative for the state. Louie is affiliated with the American Marketing Association (AMA), American Association of Anger Management Providers (AAAMP), an Executive Member of the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce (LVMCC) and Henderson Chamber of Commerce (HCC), and a member of Vegas Young Professionals (VYP).

In 2013, Louie was chosen as an awardee for the “25 under 25 Rising Entrepreneurs” with a local Las Vegas publication. The year after, he was runner-up for the 2014 Man of the year award with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society raising over $215K during a 10-week campaign.

I dealt with all the stress in my life by taking a variety of drugs. This habit eventually turned into a drug addiction that completely took over my life. After getting treatment at Seven Hills, I am now celebrating my first year sober and look forward to many more.
