Rob Turner, Chief Executive Officer
Keith Breiland M.D., Medical Director
Keith Breiland, M.D., is Board Certified in Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. He earned both his Doctorate in Medicine and Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota. Dr. Breiland completed his Child and Adolescent Fellowship at the Mayo Clinic, and completed his Adult Psychiatric training at the University of Southern California Medical Center.. He is Adjunct Professor at the University of Nevada, Reno, and Adjunct Professor at the University of Nevada. Dr. Breiland has more than 20 years of experience in Mental Health.
James Vilt, M.D., Psychiatrist and Addictionologist
Dr. James Vilt is a board certified psychiatrist and addictionologist. He brings more than three decades of psychiatric care, addiction expertise, and healthcare administration to our team. Over the course of his career he has served as medical director at five psychiatric care centers, observing and implementing the best practices for patient healing. Dr. Vilt is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and is an associate professor of psychiatry at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Richard Remley, M.S., L.A.D.C., Director of Intake
Rick Remley brings more than eight years of experience in mental health intake to his role as director of intake at Seven Hills Behavioral Institute. During his undergrad at Florida International University, he minored in social work and received a bachelor’s degree in psychology. After relocating to Nevada, Rick received a master’s degree in community counseling from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas (UNLV) and completed the UNLV endorsement program in marriage and family counseling. Rick has been working in intake management for the past five years.
